The Georges Mora Foundation is a not-for-profit cultural foundation dedicated to the support and promotion of contemporary art and artists in Melbourne and Australia.

Named in honour of Georges Mora, the renowned restaurateur, art dealer, patron, mentor and cultural catalyst and with Dame Elisabeth Murdoch AC DBE as Patron, the Foundation aims to facilitate and encourage new and independent thinking required for the development of art in Australia.

The Foundation offers a biennial fellowship to an artist of repute to explore new thinking and research new ideas. Congratulations to 2012 Fellow Linda Tegg (more details to follow).
